Everyone experiences nervousness at one time or another.
Nervousness can feel like a combination of anxiety, dread, and excitement all at once.
The last time you were nervous, your palms may have been sweaty, your heart rate probably increased and you may have noticed that "fluttery", nervous stomach feeling.
Anything that causes apprehension can lead to feelings of nervousness.
In this lesson, I will break down what nervousness really is, where it comes from and I’ll share one of my favorite techniques for making it go away.
